旅游影响下传统村落的利益相关者社会网络特征研究——以国家传统村落两河口村为例

Research on stakeholder network of traditional village affected by tourism:taking Lianghekou Village as example

在乡村振兴的时代背景下,深入分析旅游影响下传统村落利益相关者变化及其演进规律,对传统村落的振兴具有重要现实意义.基于利益相关者理论和社会网络分析法,以两河口村为例,对旅游影响下传统村落的利益相关者构成与互动关系进行深入研究.研究发现:1)在旅游发展的影响下,传统村落利益相关者多元化主体初步形成,呈现出利益相关者逐渐增多、并趋于稳定的发展特征.2)两河口村利益相关者网络呈弱利益关系态势,具有明显的层次结构,不同利益相关者在网络中扮演着不同的角色.3)传统村落在旅游发展过程中形成的利益关系具有明显的地域差异性和阶段性,彭家寨、唐家寨、汪家寨的利益相关者格局具有较大的差异.4)在旅游发展的影响下,传统村落利益相关者存在传统模式、过渡模式、共享模式三种发展模式,一定程度上表征了传统村落利益相关者在旅游发展过程中的基本形态与演进规律.

Under the time-background of rural revitalization,deep analysis of stakeholder changes and its evolution rules of traditional village affected by tourism is of great practical significance to the revitalization of traditional village.Based on the stakeholder theory and social network analysis method,with Lianghekou Village as the example,this paper conduct an in-depth study on the stakeholder composition and its interaction of traditional village affected by tourism.The findings are as follows.Firstly,affected by tourism development,the diversified stakeholders of traditional village are initially formed,gradually increased and tend to be stable.Secondly,stakeholder network in Lianghekou Village presents weak interest relationship situation,and distinct hierarchical structure.Different stakeholders play different roles in the stakeholder network.Thirdly,the interest relations of traditional village formed in the process of tourism developmenthave obvious regional differences and stages,the stakeholder composition and its interaction in Pengjiazhai,Tangjiazhai and Wangjiazhai present great differences.Fourthly,affected by tourism,stakeholder in traditional village have three basic modes:traditional mode,transition mode and sharing mode,which to some extent represents the basic form and its evolution rule of stakeholder in traditional villagein the process of tourism development.
