摘要
高校创业教育是一项系统工程,参与主体多元化,需要各方协同发展,应鼓励更多的专业教师参与到创业教育中来,充分发挥专业教师的专长与能动性。高校教师可从教学、科研、竞赛指导、创业园区管理、课程体系改革等方面参与创业教育。从内容、方式、教师的自我培养以及激励机制等方面探讨高校教师参与创业教育管理。
Entrepreneurship education in universities is a systematic project.It is an inevitable development trend to diversify the main participants and needs the coordinated development of all parties.More professional teachers should be absorbed to participate in entrepreneurship education and give full play.The professional teachers can explore effective ways to participate in entrepreneurship education in teaching,research,competition mobilization,entrepreneurial park management,curriculum system reform and so on.The management of entrepreneurship education includes contents,methods,teachers'self-cultivation and the establishment of incentive mechanism in universities.
