摘要
根据重型半挂长下坡制动行驶的特点,分析和建立了半挂车配置液力缓速器条件下重型半挂下坡制动过程的平动动能、重力势能和液力缓速器做功方程,并依此建立了重型半挂在恒减速度下坡制动、恒速下坡制动阶段的能量平衡方程.以昆墨高速(G8511)大风垭口至红光段道路参数为例,定量分析了长下坡制动过程中的主动制动系统的制动能、单轮制动能、液力缓速器做功及其功率.分析结果显示:安装在半挂车上的单台4000 Nm额定转矩液力缓速器,能够实现40 t总质量的重型半挂在6%纵向坡度道路上,在无主动制动参与的条件下,以40 km/h的恒定速度下坡行驶.
The translational kinetic energy equation,the gravitational potential energy equation and the hydraulic retarder’s work equation of the HSTTHR(Heavy Semitrailer Tractor with Trailer Hydraulic Retarder)are established and analyzed according to long downhill braking characteristics of the HSTTHR in the course of braking downhill.Then the energy balance equation of constant deceleration downhill braking and the energy balance equation of constant speed downhill braking are established for the HSTTHR.The road parameters for the section from Dafeng Pass to Hongguang of the Kunming-mohan highway(G8511)were taken as the example to analyze quantitatively the active braking system braking energy,the single wheel braking energy,the hydraulic retarder’s work and the hydraulic retarder’s power of the HSTTHR during the long downhill braking process.If the total mass of the HSTTHR is 40t,and the longitudinal grade of the road is 6%,and the rated torque of the hydraulic retarder is 4000Nm,a single hydraulic retarder could keep the HSTTHR to downhill running at the constant speed of 40 km/h without the active braking.
