摘要
目的回顾某公立医院设立出国留学基金后10年来出国学习人员的变化趋势和培养情况,总结出国人员的成长与发展规律,优化人才出国培养。方法采用自行设计的调查表,收集某公立医院2008―2017年申请医院留学基金出国学习且目前已经学成回院工作的人员信息,对其出国时和回国后的相关数据进行分析。结果自设立出国留学基金后,医院10年间派出且回院工作的101人,在学术和个人发展等方面取得了一定的成果。结论医院设立出国留学基金有效促进了青年人才的成长与发展,完善的出国学习管理将有助于人才梯队建设。
Objective To review the trends and training of students studying abroad in the past 10 years after the establishment of a study abroad fund in a public hospital,and to summarize the growth and development rules of people studying abroad,and optimize the training of talents going abroad.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect information on the personnel who applied for the study abroad fund in a public hospital from 2008 to 2017 and who had already completed their studies and returned to the hospital,and analyzed the relevant data during they going abroad and after returning home.Results Since the establishment of the Study Abroad Fund,101 people sent abroad by the hospital and returned to work in the past 10 years have achieved certain results in academic and personal development.Conclusion The establishment of a study abroad fund in the hospital has effectively promoted the growth and development of young talents,and a sound study abroad management will help the construction of talent echelon.
