摘要
在信息时代,传统意义上的办公管理形式已经不能满足时代发展的需要,越来越多的办公自动化管理软件开始被人们广泛推广并应用在企业办公中。为此,本文在阐述办公自动化发展背景和计算机软件在办公自动化管理中应用作用的基础上,从文字处理软件、信息共享软件、数据存储软件、其他软件4个方面,具体分析计算机软件在办公自动化管理中的应用,旨在借助计算机软件提升办公自动化水平。
In the information age, the traditional form of office management can no longer meet the needs of the development of the times. More and more office automation management software has begun to be widely promoted and used in corporate offices. To this end, based on the background of the development of office automation and the application of computer software in office automation management, this article analyzes the application of computer software in office automation from four aspects: word processing software, information sharing software, data storage software, and other software. The application in management aims to improve the level of office automation with the help of computer software.
