摘要
在互联网快速发展的背景下,智慧建设越来越多,如智慧社区、智慧汽车、智慧酒店已屡见不鲜.本文通过分析人工智能在酒店前厅部的应用,提出在应用过程中可能产生的影响以及应对消极影响的建议,以帮助酒店企业更加合理地运用人工智能,提升宾客的忠诚度与满意度。
In the context of the rapid development of the Internet,there are more and more smart constructions,such as smart communities,smart cars,and smart hotels.This article analyzes the application of artificial intelligence in the front office of the hotel,puts forward the possible impacts during the application process and suggestions for coping with negative effects,so as to help hotel companies use artificial intelligence more rationally to improve guest loyalty and satisfaction.
