信息系统项目风险管理探讨

Discussion on Risk Management of Information System Project Management

随着信息技术的快速发展,信息系统项目成为经济发展的主要推动力之一。目前,信息发展已经全面延伸到社会的每一个角落,且基于计算机的系统实现了运行环境和各种设施工具的有效结合,让技术优势得到充分体现。所以近年来的信息系统项目软件规模越来越大,但建设的复杂程度也日益提升,不可避免会存在一定的风险。加强风险管理工作将直接关系项目目标的实现,具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文首先分析了信息系统项目的风险类型与管理,进而探讨了相关的风险管理技术。

With the rapid development of information technology,information system projects have become one of the main driving forces of economic development.At present,information development has been fully extended to every corner of society,and computer-based systems have realized the effective combination of operating environment and various facilities and tools,allowing technical advantages to be fully reflected.Therefore,in recent years,the software scale of information system projects has become larger and larger,but the complexity of construction is also increasing,and certain risks are inevitable.Strengthening risk management will directly affect the realization of project objectives and has important practical significance.Based on this,this article first analyzes the risk types and management of information system projects,and then discusses related risk management techniques.
