玉米自交系成熟期籽粒含水相关性状综合评价 被引量:1

Comprehensive Evaluation of Water-related Traits in Maize Inbred Lines at Maturity Stage

摘要 玉米成熟期籽粒含水量是推广玉米机械化粒收的前提条件。本研究以100份玉米自交系为试验材料,对14个与含水量紧密相关的性状进行测定,采用多元分析方法综合评价玉米种质资源的含水量。结果表明,14个性状间具有一定的相关性。主成分分析的结果表明,14个性状转换成6个主成分因子,反映了原始数据信息量的72.899%。聚类分析的结果表明,基于综合评价值(D值),100份玉米自交系被分为五大类,分别包含4、27、30、18、21份自交系。判别分析的结果表明,98份玉米自交系被正确判别,判对概率为98%,表明聚类分析的结果是比较可靠的。进一步利用岭回归方法筛选出苞叶层数、穗长、穗行数、百粒重等4个性状,建立了一套玉米自交系含水量评价模型。在100份玉米自交系中,以D 88,W 966,Hai 014,Zheng 32等21份自交系的含水量最低。 The water content of maize grain at maturity stage is a prerequisite for mechanized maize grain harvest.In this study,100 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials to analyze 14 closely water-related traits were determined,and multivariate analysis was used to evaluate the water content of these aize germplasms.The results showed that there was a certain correlation among the 14 traits,and the results of principal component analysis showed that the 14 traits were converted into 6 principal component factors,which reflected 72.899%of the information content of the original data.The results of cluster analysis showed that 100 maize inbred lines were divided into five categories based on the comprehensive evaluation value(D value),including 4,27,30,18 and 21 inbred lines,respectively.The results of discriminant analysis showed that 98 maize inbred lines were correctly discriminated with a probability of 98%,which indicated that the results of cluster analysis were relatively reliable.Further,a set of water content evaluation model of maize inbred lines was established by using ridge regression method to screen out four traits,e.g.bracts layers,ear length,row number of ear and 100-grain weight.Among 100 maize inbred lines,21 inbred lines including D 88,W 966,HAI 014,ZHENG 32 and others had the lowest water content.
