滇白前种子转录组测序及功能注释 被引量:5

摘要 采用高通量测序技术平台Illumina Novaseq 6000对滇白前种子进行转录组测序,共获得平均长度为753.9 bp的43663个Unigenes。注释到六大功能数据库(NR,COG,Pfam,Swiss-Prot,GO,KEGG)上的Unigene总数为29177个。滇白前Unigenes比对到NR数据库共有26688条,与甜菜、藜麦、栓皮栎、菠菜有较高同源性;25657条Unigenes在COG数据库得到26500个注释,分为23类;19942条Unigenes在GO数据库得到79481个注释,按功能分为细胞组分、分子功能和生物过程三大类,分别有13、16、23个亚类,其中参与的生物过程较多;11527条Unigene富集在KEGG数据库的101条代谢通路中,代谢相关的通路占比最大。同时,有527个Unigenes被注释为转录因子;有3995条SSR标记被挖掘。利用高通量测序获得滇白前转录组信息,有助于从分子水平对滇白前进行深入研究。 In this study,a total of 43663 Unigenes from Silene viscidula seeds with an average length of 753.9 bp were obtained by transcriptome sequencing using Illumina Novaseq 6000,a high-throughput sequencing platform,and the total number of Unigenes annotated to the 6 major functional databases including NR,COG,PFAM,Swiss-Prot,GO and KEGG was 29177.In the NR database,there were 26688 Unigenes of S.viscidula,which had high homology with Beta vulgaris,Chenopodium quinoa,Quercus variabilis and Spinacia oleracea.And,in COG database,26500 annotations were obtained from 25657 Unigenes,which were divided into 23 categories.A total of 79481 annotations were obtained from 19942 Unigenes in GO database,which were divided into three categories,namely cellular components,molecular functions and biological processes.There were 13,16 and 23 subcategories respectively,which were involved in many biological processes.Moreover,11527 Unigenes were enriched in 101 metabolic pathways in KEGG database,and metabolism-related pathways accounted for the largest proportion.Simultaneously,527 Unigenes were annotated as transcription factors and there were 3995 SSR markers mined.Using high throughput sequencing to obtain the transcriptome information of S.viscidula was helpful to further study S.viscidula at the molecular level.
