摘要
20世纪80年代,铁岭市农业科学院育种者以美国玉米杂交种选系铁7922和沈5003为基础材料育成了自交系铁C 8605-2。铁C 8605-2自育成以来得到了广泛应用,直接或间接参与选系组配了众多品种,而且经历近40年仍为许多育种者使用。本文介绍了铁C 8605-2的育成及应用情况,并着重探讨了进一步持续利用的可能和方向,以期为优异玉米育种种质资源的创制、拓展提供借鉴。
In the 1980 s,breeders in Tieling Academy of Agricultural Sciences developed the inbred line Tie C 8605-2 based on Tie 7922 and Shen 5003 from the United States as the parent materials.The Tie C 8605-2 had been widely used since its breeding,and it had directly or indirectly participated in the selection of many varieties,and was still used by many breeders after nearly 40 years.In this paper,the development and application of Tie C 8605-2 were introduced,and the possibility and direction of further sustainable utilization were discussed in order to provide reference for the creation and expansion of excellent maize breeding germplasm resources.
