摘要
为了提高轴箱加速度检测系统应用的灵活性,研制了便携式轴箱加速度检测系统。该检测系统能够实时检测线路状态,具有体积小、集成度高、配置灵活、维护方便等优点。便携式采集装置可在高速动态条件下实现加速度传感器信号的高速高精度采集和信号预处理,获取轴箱高频振动响应数据。数据处理平台用于检测项目设置、参数配置、数据处理及波形输出。经现场验证,便携式轴箱加速度检测系统可以满足现场检测平台快速搭建需求,能够有效地检测出车辆轴箱振动加速度,进而分析出轨道短波质量状态,为线路养护维修提供科学依据。
In order to improve the application flexibility of axle box acceleration detection system,a portable axle box acceleration detection system was developed.The detection system can detect the railway status in real time,and has the advantages of small volume,high integration,flexible configuration and convenient maintenance.The portable acquisition device can realize high speed and high-precision acquisition and signal preprocessing of acceleration sensor signal under high speed dynamic conditions,and obtain high-frequency vibration response data of axle box.The data processing platform is used for testing project setting,parameter configuration,data processing and waveform output.Through field verification,the portable axle box acceleration detection system can meet the needs of rapid construction of field detection platform,effectively detect the vibration acceleration of vehicle axle box,and then analyze the track short wave quality status,so as to provide scientific basis for line maintenance and repair.
