我国虫灾风险的形成与转化

Formation and Transformation of Plague of Insects Risk in China

我国是农业大国,纵观我国农业发展史,虫灾对我国农业生产造成了严重的影响,甚至引发社会动荡。基于文献分析法,对我国不同时期发生的虫灾风险形成与转化进行论述,得到以下主要结论:(1)建国以来,随着我国粮食虫害防治技术的不断更新,粮食筹备能力的提高,我国内源性虫灾引发的粮食安全问题影响趋于弱化,但是作为农业大国、人口大国,仍要重视蝗灾危害,跟随我国现代化农业发展进程,不断提高虫害预警能力、绿色防控能力以及救荒应急能力,确保我国粮食安全战略的顺利实施;(2)根据我国的生态安全、宜居环境等发展理念,应重点对城市园林虫灾、生态环境虫灾等问题进行系统研究;(3)随着全球化进程的加速,海外国民安全、国际关系、大国形象等成为海外经济利益、政治利益的重要主要部分,因此我国要积极应对与防范外源性虫灾,最大程度的保护我国海外利益。

China is a large agricultural country,throughout the history of China’s agricultural development,the plague of insects has caused a serious impact on agricultural production,and even caused social unrest.Based on the literature analysis method,the formation and transformation of plague of insects risk in different periods in China are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)since 1949,with the continuous renewal of grain pest control technology,and food preparation ability enhancement,the food security problems caused by endogenous pests tend to be weaken,but as a big agricultural country with a large population,China should still pay attention to the harm of locusts,follow the development of modern agriculture in China,and constantly improve the capabilities of early warning of pests,green prevention and control,and emergency response to ensure the smooth implementation of food security strategy.(2)According to the development concepts of ecological security and livable environment,the pest infestation in urban gardens and ecological environment should be paid close attention to and studied.(3)With the acceleration of the process of globalization,overseas national security,international relations,and the image of a big country become the important parts of overseas economic and political interests,therefore,China should actively respond to and guard against exogenous pests to protect the overseas interests to the maximum extent.
