应用灰色关联度和聚类分析法评估安麦1241农艺性状的综合表现 被引量:2

Evaluation of Comprehensive Performance of Agronomic Traits of Anmai 1241 by Grey Correlation Analysis and Cluster Analysis Methods

摘要 对小麦新品种安麦1241的农艺性状表现进行综合评估,旨为该品种进一步改良和生产利用提供全面客观的理论依据。利用2016~2017年河南省种子管理站14个试点的冬水生产试验结果汇总,采用灰色关联分析法和聚类分析法,对安麦1241新品种11个农艺性状在河南省不同试验点的综合表现进行了评估。结果表明:11个性状观测值中,子粒黑胚率的变异系数、关联度和权重均为最大,指标值分别为181.64%、0.6679和0.1051。利用聚类分析法可以将安麦1241的11个农艺性状分为3类,其中,第一类性状包括产量、穗粒数和千粒重,第三类性状包括成穗率、有效穗数和容重,两类性状均属于产量因素性状,其权重总和达到了0.5242。在安麦1241的品种评价中产量及其相关因素占有十分重要的地位,在品种改良中要消除子粒黑胚对产量的影响。 The agronomic traits of new wheat variety Anmai 1241 was comprehensively evaluated in order to provide comprehensive and objective theoretical basis for further improvement and production utilization of this variety.The winter water production test results of Anmai 1241 in 14 pilot sites of Henan Seed Management Station from 2016 to 2017 were summarized.The comprehensive performance of 11 agronomic traits of Anmai1241 in different tests sites in Henan Province was evaluated by grey correlation analysis and cluster analysis methods.The results showed that among the observed values of 11 traits,the variation coefficient,correlation degree and weight of black embryo rate were 181.64%,0.6679 and 0.1051,respectively.The cluster analysis showed that the 11 traits could be divided into 3 categories.The first category of traits(yield,grain number per spike and 1000-grain weight)and the third category of traits(spike rate,effective spikes number and grain volume weight)belonged to the yield factors traits,and the sum of the weights was 0.5242.Yield and its related factors played an important role in variety evaluation of Anmai 1241.The effect of black embryo on yield should be eliminated in variety improvement.
