延续护理联合多元化宣教干预对初治涂阳肺结核患者生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing combined with diversified education intervention on the quality of life of initial treatment of patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨延续护理联合多元化宣教干预对初治涂阳肺结核患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择2018年8月—2019年8月收治的初治涂阳肺结核患者180例,按照随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组接受延续护理干预,观察组在此基础上联合多元化宣教干预。对比两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量评分。结果:两组患者护理后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)得分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,躯体疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理联合多元化宣教干预能够缓解初治涂阳肺结核患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with diversified education intervention on the quality of life of initial treatment of patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:All 180 cases of initial treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients treated in hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received continuous nursing intervention,and the observation group combined with diversified missionary intervention on this basis.The anxiety,depression scores and quality of life scores of the two groups'patients were compared.Results:The hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the scores of physiological function,physiological function,overall health,vitality,social function,emotional function,and mental health of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the score of physical pain was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing combined with diversified education intervention can relieve the negative emotions of initial treatment of patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis and improve their quality of life.
