摘要
薏苡仁含有薏苡仁油、薏苡仁酯、多糖化合物、三萜类化合物、黄酮类化合物等有效成分,各种成分采取的提取方法不同。分析各种提取方法的特点,以及相关研究发展现状,为薏苡仁中有效成份的进一步开发利用提供理论参考。
Coix seed contains Coix seed oil,Coix seed ester,polysaccharide compounds,triterpenoids,flavonoids and other effective components,and various components adopt different extraction methods.This paper analyzes the characteristics of various extraction methods and the current situation of related research and development,and provides a theoretical reference for the further development and utilization of active components in Coix seed.
