农业院校电子信息应用型人才创新能力培养模式探析

Analysis on the Training Mode of Innovation Ability of Electronic Information Applied Talents in Agricultural Universities

为总结创新能力培养模式的成果和不足,以电子信息工程专业本科生和近2 a毕业生为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法获取学生对创新培养环境和质量的客观评价,结合数据探析新工科背景下应用型人才培养的现状及效果,为优化电子信息类人才培养模式提供借鉴。

In order to sum up the achievements and shortcomings of the innovative ability training model,taking the undergraduate students of electronic information engineering and the graduates of nearly 2 a as the research object,using the method of questionnaire to obtain the students'objective evaluation of the environment and quality of the present situation and effect of applied talents training under the background of new engineering are analyzed combined with the data,which provides a reference for optimizing the training mode of electronic information talents.
