维持性血液透析病人睡眠质量与舒适度的相关性研究

The correlation between sleep quality and comfort in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

目的:了解维持性血液透析(MHD)病人睡眠质量及舒适度,分析影响睡眠质量的因素,探讨睡眠质量与舒适度的相关性。方法:采用病人一般资料问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、维持性血液透析病人舒适量表对福建省某三级甲等医院肾内科血液净化室进行血液透析的128例终末期肾脏病(ESRD)病人进行问卷调查。结果:128例维持性血液透析病人PSQI总分为(11.91±4.40)分,80.5%的病人存在睡眠障碍;整体舒适度得分为(66.90±9.86)分。维持性血液透析病人PSQI总分与舒适度及各维度得分呈负相关(r为-0.621~-0.177);宗教信仰、职业状态、经济水平及舒适度等影响MHD病人睡眠质量。结论:维持性血液透析病人睡眠质量整体较差,舒适度较低,且睡眠质量与舒适度存在较强相关性,通过改进护理措施、增强病人舒适度可以改善病人睡眠质量。

Objective:To understand the sleep quality and comfort in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD),analyze the factors that affect sleep quality,and explore the correlation between sleep quality and comfort.Methods:A total of 128 patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)undergoing MHD in the blood purification room of the nephrology department of a third class A level hospital in Fujian Province were investigated by general information questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Maintenance Hemodialysis Patient Comfort Scale.Results:The total score of PSQI in 128 patients undergoing MHD was(11.91±4.40),80.5%of patients had sleep disorders.The overall comfort score was(66.90±9.86).The total score of PSQI in patients undergoing MHD was negatively correlated with the scores of comfort and various dimensions(r value:-0.621 to-0.177).The religious beliefs,occupational status,economic level and comfort level affected the sleep quality of MHD patients.Conclusions:Patients undergoing MHD have poor overall sleep quality and comfort,and there is a correlation between sleep quality and comfort.Improving nursing measures and enhancing patient comfort can improve the sleep quality in patients undergoing MHD.
