摘要
依据新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)传播规律建立了一类考虑隔离和治疗措施的SEIAHRMS_(q)E_(q)传染病模型,计算了模型的控制再生数。根据Hurwitz定理证明了模型的无病平衡点的局部稳定性,并进行了敏感度分析。最后对控制再生数的相关参数进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:增强对易感者的隔离措施和减少接触率可以有效降低疾病暴发的规模。
According to the transmission mechanism of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),a class of SEIAHRMS_(q)E_(q) infectious disease model considering isolation measures is established,and the control reproduction number of the model is calculated.According to the Hurwitz theorem,the local stability of the disease-free equilibrium is proved,and the sensitivity analyses are conducted.Finally,some numerical simulationsare carried out about the relevant parameters of the control reproductive number.The results show that strengthening the isolation measures for the susceptible and decreasing the contact rate can effectively reduce the scale of disease outbreak.
