低负荷动态膝关节伸展时血流限制对大腿前群肌肉活动的急性影响

摘要 6名男子手球运动员在加压200 mmHg条件下以30%1RM的力量进行三组膝伸展运动,比较膝关节低强度伸展训练中血流受限与未受限时的大腿前群肌肉肌电活动的差异以及自我感觉用力度等级和延迟性肌肉酸痛反应.结果表明:加压组在第一组和第二组训练时股外侧肌振幅均方根(RMS)值显著大于非加压组(P<0.05);加压组股直肌在第二组训练时,RMS值出现显著性增加(P<0.05).三组训练中,加压组RPE值显著大于对照组(P<0.01),实验后24 h、48 h、72 h后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分值显著大于对照组(P<0.05).急性膝关节血流限制伸展训练可以使大腿前群股外侧肌和股直肌激活程度增加;血流限制方案实施过程中主观用力感觉等级逐渐增大,并导致肌肉延迟性酸痛时间延长. 6 male handball players under the pressure of 200 mmHg are studied,who perform three cycles of knee stretching exercises with 30%1RM strength.And differences in electrical activity of the muscle strength of the thigh anterior group as well as the intensity level of self-perception and delayed muscle soreness response during the low-strength knee training with and without blood flow restriction are compared.The root mean square(RMS)value of lateral femoral muscles in the with-pressure group during the first and second cycles was significantly greater than that in the without-pressure group(P<0.05).The RMS value of rectus femoris muscles in the with-pressure group during the second cycle training showed a significant increase(P<0.05).In the third cycle of training,the RPE value of the with-pressure group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the score value by visual analogue scoring(VAS)was significantly greater than that of the control group 24,48,and 72 hours after the experiment(P<0.05).Acute knee blood flow restriction stretching training can increase the degree of activation of the anterior thigh group lateral femoral muscle and rectus femoris muscle,and the subjective force perception level gradually increases during the implementation of the blood flow restriction program,which causes the delay of muscle soreness.
