实习末期护生心理压力相关因素的质性研究

A qualitative study on related factors of psychological pressure of nursing students at the end of internship

目的了解护理实习生实习末期的心理压力来源及相关因素,分析产生的原因,为临床带教提供相关依据。方法采用半结构化深度访谈模式,对某三甲医院肿瘤中心18名护理实习生在实习末期的心理压力来源及相关因素进行深入的现象学研究。采用Colaizzi剖析资料分析法对所收集的访谈资料加以分析,归纳及概括。结果通过访谈归纳出3个主题:找工作压力大、对结业考试及学校考试担心、对未来临床工作担忧。结论护生在实习末期会因各种压力而影响其工作状态,导致其出现焦虑、紧张、抑郁等负面情绪。不仅影响学习效率,也会对护生的临床实习造成影响,导致护生在实习操作中害怕动手,把握不了实习末期的一些重要学习机会,对未来产生不自信,临床带教老师应积极发现护生的情绪变化,了解原因及时干预。

Objective Our study was aimed to understand the source and related factors of psychological stress of nursing students at the end of their internship,to analyze the causes,and to provide relevant evidence for clinical teaching.Methods Using an in-depth semi-structured interview mode,an in-depth phenomenological study was conducted on the sources of psychological stress and related factors of 18 nursing interns in the cancer center of a tertiary hospital at the end of their internship.We used Colaizzi method to analyze and summarize the collected interview data.Results Three themes were summarized through interviews:high job search stress,worries about final exams and school exams,and worries about future clinical work.Conclusion At the end of the internship,working status of nursing students will be influenced by various pressures,which finally lead to anxiety,tension,depression and other negative emotions.Not only the learning efficiency was affected,but also the clinical practice.As a result,nursing students were afraid of doing hands-on during the internship,and couldn′t grasp some important learning opportunities at the end of the internship.They were not confident about the future.The clinical teaching teacher should discover the emotional changes of nursing students,understand the reasons,and intervene in time.
