腹腔镜阑尾炎围术期护理对患者胃肠功能、免疫及循环系统的影响

Effect of perioperative nursing of laparoscopic appendicitis on patients′gastrointestinal function,immunity and circulatory system

目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾炎围术期护理对患者胃肠功能、免疫及循环系统的影响。方法选取本科2018年1月—2019年12月收治的96例阑尾炎手术患者为研究对象。依照入院时间先后将患者分为研究组(48例,行围术期细致性护理)与对照组(48例,行传统临床护理)。比较两组阑尾炎手术患者的血清前清蛋白(PA)、人免疫球蛋白M(lgM)、人免疫球蛋白G(lgG)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)、肛门排便时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及腹胀率。结果研究组阑尾炎手术患者干预后的PA、lgM、lgG均高于对照组(P<0.05);DBP、SBP、HR及腹胀率均低于对照组(P<0.05);肛门排便时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期细致性护理有助于改善阑尾炎手术患者的循环系统与免疫功能,加快其胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing of laparoscopic appendicitis on gastrointestinal function,immunity and circulatory system of patients.Methods 96 patients with appendicitis surgery were selected from our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.The patients were divided into study group(48 cases,perioperative intensive care)and control group(48 cases,traditional clinical nursing)2 groups,comparing serum prealbumin(PA),human immunoglobulin M(lgM),human immunoglobulin G(lgG),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR),anal defecation time,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and bloating rate.Results PA,lgM,and lgG of patients with appendicitis surgery in the study group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05);DBP,SBP,HR,and bloating rate were lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05);Postanal defecation time,anal exhaust time,and bowel sound recovery time were shorter than the control(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative meticulous care can help improve the circulatory system and immune function of patients with appendicitis surgery,and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
