基于高光谱成像技术的血迹检测及血指印可视化研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的血迹是命案现场最为常见的物证之一,血手印的检验意义重大,由于很多物种有血液,所以现场血手印复杂多样,种属鉴定更是必要工作,其主要任务包括确定生物性检材的来源,是否来自人体,必要时还需要确定检材来自何种动物。目前常采用的种属鉴定方法有3类:形态学方法、血清学方法和技术检测方法。探索用光学无损的方法进行种属鉴定,研究此方法在种属鉴定中的价值和可行性,为探索血手印可视化鉴别提供参考。方法以人、鸡、蛇的血为研究对象,利用高光谱成像技术对样本进行无损提取和种属分析,在此基础上对不同种类血潜手印进行显现和鉴别。结果基于高光谱成像技术可以使不同物种的血指印可视化,并能实现种属鉴定。结论此方法实现了无损化检测血迹种属并显现血指印,灵敏度较高,可用于刑事案件中种属鉴定的预实验。 Objective Bloodstain is one of the most common material evidences at the scene of crime.The test of blood fingerprint has great significance.The blood fingerprints are complex and diverse in the homicide case scene because many species have blood.Therefore,species identification is very important,the main task of it includdetermining whether the biological specimen comes from the human body,and if necessary,determining what kind of animal the test material comes from.There are three most common method of species identification:morphological method,serological method and technical test.This article will explore how to use optical nondestructive methods for species identification,study the value and feasibility of this method in species identification,and provide a reference for exploring the visual identification of blood fingerprints.Method Taking the blood of humans,chickens and snakes as the research object,the samples of nondestructive extraction and species identification were performed using hyperspectral imaging technology,and then the different types of latent blood fingerprints were visualized and identified.Results Based on hyperspectral imaging technology,the different types of blood fingerprints canbe visualized and identified.Conclusion This method is a simple method with high sensitivity in performing species identification and showing blood fingerprints.It can be used for preliminary experiment of species identification in criminal cases.
