摘要
目的采用磁共振弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)研究紧张型头痛患者脑白质结构的完整性。方法选取24例紧张型头痛患者及24例健康志愿者,收集人口学资料并进行全脑DTI扫描,利用功能磁共振软件库(fMRI software library,FSL),采用基于脑白质骨架的空间追踪法(tract-based spatial statistics,TBSS)分析评估脑白质完整性。结果与对照组相比,紧张型头痛组部分各向异性(fractional anisotropy,FA)值显著降低的脑区有胼胝体膝部、胼胝体体部、胼胝体压部、双侧前放射冠、双侧后放射冠、左侧上放射冠(P<0.05,FWE校正)。结论紧张型头痛患者的脑白质存在多个异常脑区,这些脑区可能参与了紧张型头痛的中枢病理生理机制。
Objective To study the interity of white matter structure in patients with tension-type headache using MR diffusion tensor imaging.Methods 24 patients with tension-type headache and 24 healthy volunteers were included.Demographic data were collected and whole brain DTI scan was performed.Tract-based spatial statistics(TBSS)was used to analyze and evaluate white matter integrity using FSL software.Results Compared with the control group,the brain regions with significantly lower FA value in the tension-type headache group were the Genu of corpus callosum(GCC),the Body of corpus callosum(BCC),the Splenium of corpus callosum(SCC),the Anterior corona radiate(ACR),the Posterior corona radiate(PCR),and the left Superior corona radiate(SCR)(P<0.05,FWE correction).Conclusion There are some abnormal brain regions in the white matter of tension-type headache patients,which may be involved in the central pathophysiological mechanism of tension type headache.
