摘要
作为落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要途径,新时代劳动教育植根于马克思主义“劳动成人”的哲学体系。在马克思哲学中,劳动是人之“成人”的根本所在。具体地,准确把握马克思哲学中劳动与人的双重内涵所指:实践与交往、人类与个体,是理解二者间内在逻辑的基本前提。而理解和认识马克思哲学劳动成人的内在逻辑:劳动显明人的目的意志、构成人的成长动力、强化人的本质属性、丰富人的精神理性,则可以启示新时代劳动教育价值实现的路径选择:秉持马克思哲学的视野语境、突出学生生命体的具身存在、重视关系性协作的劳动过程、追求共生于自然的劳动成长、形成自我评价式的劳动结果。
As an important way to implement the fundamental task of"building morality and cultivating people",labor education in the new era is rooted in the Marxist philosophy system of"working adults".In Marx's philosophy,labor is the root of man's"adult".Specifically,accurately grasping what the dual connotations of labor and human in Marx's philosophy refer to:practice and communication,human beings and individuals are the basic premise for understanding the internal logic between the two.And understanding and understanding the internal logic of Marxist philosophy of labor for adults:labor reveals the purpose and will of man,constitutes man’s growth motivation,strengthens man’s essential attributes,and enriches man’s spiritual rationality,which can enlighten the path choice for the realization of labor education value in the new era:adhering to the context of Marx's philosophy,highlighting the physical existence of students'living bodies,attaching importance to the labor process of relational collaboration,pursuing the growth of labor in symbiosis with nature,and forming a self-evaluating labor result.
