高校网络意识形态话语权及其提升策略

Discourse Right of Network Ideology in Universities and its Promotion Strategies

高校作为意识形态话语传播的前沿阵地,不仅肩负着引领社会思潮的历史重担,更承担着培养什么样的人、怎样培养人的重要使命。在信息技术日新月异、蓬勃发展的今天,互联网已经成为意识形态话语权博弈的主要阵地,如何巩固网络舆论阵地、打造网络世界的“绿水青山”,牢牢掌握并不断提升网络意识形态话语权,成为高校党建工作的重要内容和思想政治教育工作的重要着力点。在对高校网络意识形态话语权概念进行梳理的基础上,进一步阐述提升高校网络意识形态话语权的意义,从而提出夯实马克思主义思想基础、完善意识形态话语体系两个提升高校网络意识形态话语权路径。

As the front of ideological discourse dissemination,universities shoulder not only the historical burden of leading social trend of thought,but also the important mission of what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate them.Today,with information technology changing and developing quickly,the internet has become the main platforms of gaming the ideological discourse right.How to strengthen network position,make online world transparent,firmly hold and enhance discourse right of network ideology,has become an important field of Party construction in universities and the focus of ideological and political education.On the basis of sorting out the concept of discourse right of network ideology in universities,this paper further expounds the significance,and then proposes two ways to enhance it by consolidating the foundation of Marxism and perfecting ideological discourse system.
