摘要
在2020年新冠疫情防控过程中,应急科普发挥了重要作用。为进一步做好应急科普工作,应着力加强人才队伍培养。应急科普人才不仅要具备较高的科学素养和一定的科研能力,而且要有敏锐的洞察能力和风险识别能力,同时还要具备将深奥的科学知识进行普及传播的能力。具体可分为专家型、机构型、传统媒体型和新媒体型四个群体。对于应急科普人才队伍建设方面存在的问题,应采取以下措施:建立应急科普人才库,逐步实现规范化和职业化;建立相应的奖励制度,开辟专门晋升渠道;加强沟通与相互合作,发挥不同人才各自优势;发展应急科普学历教育,积极培养后备力量。
In the course of COVID-19's prevention and control in 2020,emergency science popularization played an important role.In order to do a good job of emergency science popularization,we should strengthen the training of talents.Urgent science popularization talents should not only have high scientific literacy and certain scientific research ability,but also have keen insight ability and risk identification ability.At the same time,they should also have the ability to popularize profound scientific knowledge.It can be divided into four groups:expert type,institutional type,traditional media type and new media type.For the problems in the construction of emergency popular science talent team,the following measures should be taken:establishing emergency popular science talent pool,gradually realizing standardization and professionalization;establishing corresponding reward system,opening up special promotion channels;strengthening communication and mutual cooperation,giving full play to the advantages of different talents;developing emergency popular science education,and actively cultivating reserve forces.
