丁香油水门汀联合一次根管治疗急性牙髓炎的疗效及对患儿血清炎症介质的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Clove Oil Water Cement Combined with One-time Root Canal Therapy on Acute Pulpitis and Its Influence on Serum Inflammatory Factors of Child Patients

摘要 目的探讨丁香油水门汀联合一次根管治疗急性牙髓炎疗效及对患儿血清炎症介质的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月沈阳市儿童医院牙科门诊收治的98例急性牙髓炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组给予一次根管治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用丁香油水门汀联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况、患牙髓炎齿疼痛评分、松动度、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)以及白三烯B4(LTB4)水平变化。结果两组急性牙髓炎患者经不同方式治疗后,观察组近期疗效和远期疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患牙叩痛评分和松动度下降,且观察组患牙叩痛评分、松动度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清炎症介质IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α以及LTB4下降,且观察组血清炎症介质IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α以及LTB4水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁香油水门汀联合一次根管能够有效治疗患者急性牙髓炎,降低患者牙齿疼痛、松动度,并且降低炎症介质水平,不良反应较少。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of clove oil water cement combined with one-time root canal therapy on acute pulpitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,a total of 98 patients with acute pulpitis in dental department of Shenyang Children’s Hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with clove oil and water cement plus one-time root canal therapy.The treatment effect,adverse reaction rate,dental pain score,loosening degree,changes in the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and leukotriene B4(LTB4)were compared.Results After the 2 groups of acute pulpitis patients were treated in different ways,the observation group had better short-term and long-term curative effects than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had lower complication rates than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of percussion pain and looseness of the 2 groups decreased,and the scores of percussion pain and looseness of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum inflammatory mediators IL-8,IL-6,TNF-αand LTB4 decreased in the 2 groups,and the serum inflammatory mediators IL-8,IL-6,TNF-αand LTB4 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clove oil-water cement combined with one-time root canal can effectively treat patients with acute pulpitis,reduce tooth pain and loosing degree and the level of inflammatory mediators,with fewer adverse reactions.
