摘要
以泥蚶软组织为原料,通过酶解法制备抗菌物质,采用中性蛋白酶作为抗菌物质制备酶,以抗菌活性为指标,对酶解pH值、温度、时间、料液比进行单因素试验和正交试验.结果表明:当pH值为7.0,酶解温度为50℃,酶解时间为4 h,料液比为1∶6时,所制备的抗菌物质的抗菌活性较好.本研究表明,酶解泥蚶软组织所得的抗菌物质具有一定的抗菌活性,该研究可为海洋生物制品新产品的研究与开发提供参考.
The antimicrobial substances were prepared from the soft tissue of the Arca granosa by enzymatic hydrolysis.Neutral protease was used to produce antimicrobial substances with the antibacterial activities as the index;and the pH,temperature,time and material-liquid ratio of the neutral protease were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.When the pH value was 7.0,the temperature was 50℃,the time was 4 h,and the material-liquid ratio was 1︰6,the antibacterial activity of the prepared substances were better.The results showed that the antimicrobial substances by enzymatic hydrolysis from the soft tissues of the Arca granosa had a certain antibacterial activity.This study can provide reference for the research and development of new marine biological products.
