温州地区医保定点零售药店分布与城乡覆盖情况分析

Analysis of Distribution and Urban and Rural Coverage of Medica Insurance Designated Retail Pharmacies in Wenzhou

目的分析温州地区医保定点零售药店社会效果,探讨稳步有序扩增医保定点药店的方法。方法收集人口分布、道路交通、行政区划、药店分布等基础数据,对医保定点药店布局进行分析。结果温州主城区鹿城区医药机构服务区覆盖率为85.6%;瓯海区医药机构服务区覆盖率为77.2%;龙湾区医药机构服务区覆盖率为66.1%,服务区面积均大于居民用地。温州辖区洞头县医药服务区覆盖率为46.98%;泰顺县医药服务区覆盖率为34.44%;文成县医药服务区覆盖率为34.73%,以上医药机构服务区面积均小于居民用地。结论全市药店主要集中在市区繁华地段以及县市商业区,约占总数75%以上,而在城乡结合部及农村开店相对较少,表明需增补医保定点药店。

Objective To analyze the social effect of medical insurance designated retail pharmacies in Wenzhou,and to explore the method of increasing medical insurance designated pharmacies steadily.Methods The basic data of population distribution,road traffic,administrative division and pharmacy distribution were collected to analyze the distribution of medical insurance designated pharmacies.Results The coverage rate of medical institution service area in Lucheng District of the main urban area of Wenzhou was 85.6%;the coverage rate of Ouhai District was 77.2%;the coverage rate of Longwan District was 66.1%,and the medical institution service area was larger than the residential area.The coverage rate of Dongtou County was 46.98%,Taishun District 34.44%,and Wencheng District 34.73%,among all of which the medical institution service area was smaller.Conclusion The pharmacies are mainly distributed in busy districts of urban area and commercial area of counties,accounting for more than 75%of the total number.However,there are relatively few pharmacies in the urban-rural fringe area and rural areas,indicating the need of more medical insurance designated pharmacies in these areas.
