Patients can use sick leave certifications to ask for a leave and get a rest and the corresponding salary,which reflects the humanistic care for the patients from the society.However,some people obtain sick leave certifications to attain personal targets through the doctors they know or buying fake certifications against the principle of honesty and credit,which brings legal problems for the hospitals and employers.The author comprehensively analyzed the role,sources,verification approach and related laws and rules of sick leave certification,and put forward suggestions for standardized management of sick leave certifications.
