目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间医疗机构防控预检模式,选择与之相对应的体温检测设备,提高设备运行可靠性的同时,保障预检分诊工作安全、平稳、高效运行,为院感、保卫技防助力。方法通过自主研发、计量质控、分析并干预影响因素、系统升级,完善体温检测设备的运行可靠性,拓展新功能,持续改进医疗机构防控预检模式。结果上述方法提升了预检分诊体温检测精度,大大降低了故障率和无效测温发生频次,提高了运行可靠性,开拓了安防新功能。结论持续改进的预检模式有助于提升预检效率,有效保障了医疗机构在新冠肺炎疫情期间的医疗安全和治安秩序,以精细化管理做好疫情常态化防控工作。

Objective To explore the pre-examination mode and the corresponding body temperature detection equipment of COVID-19 prevention and control in the medical institutions during COVID-19 epidemic,so as to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the pre-examination while improving the reliability of equipment.Methods The pre-examination mode for COVID-19 prevention and control was continuously improved through independent research and development,quantitative quality control,analysis and intervention of influencing factors,system upgrade,improvement of the equipment operation reliability,and introduction of new functions.Results The above methods improved the accuracy of temperature detection in preexamination,greatly reduced the failure rate and the frequency of invalid temperature measurement,improved the operation reliability and introduced new security guard functions.Conclusion The continuously improved pre-examination mode helps to improve the efficiency of COVID-19 pre-examination,effectively protects the medical safety and order of medical institutions during the COVID-19 epidemic,and makes the regular management of COVID-19 epidemic more refined.
