摘要 目的面对突发公共卫生事件下检验标本外送、居家影像阅片、远程软视频交流等新需求,探索借助信息化手段实现流程再造。方法以突发公共卫生事件期间科室需求为导向,梳理现有流程,通过改造协同检验平台、将云影像与院内RIS深度融合、云视频等方式满足业务需求。结果实现了对33类分子生物检测标本外送的全程电子化可追溯管理,居家影像阅片的图像加载速度由传统方式的2分钟降低到10秒钟,医院自建云视频系统实现适应多终端多操作系统的固定会议接入。结论借助信息化手段实现了突发公共卫生事件下科室流程再造,保障标本外送质量安全,提高了影像诊断效率,加强了跨院区跨区域的远程协同交流,在为患者诊断争取宝贵时间的同时,减少人员聚集,避免交叉感染。 Objective To explore the process reengineering by information approach to meet the new needs of sample delivery,image reading remotely at home,and remote video communication under the public health emergency.Methods Guided by the needs of the department during public health emergency,the hospital sorted out the existing processes and met the work needs through transforming the collaborative testing platform,deeply integrating cloud images with the hospital RIS,and using cloud video.Results Fully electronically traceable management of the delivery of 33 types of molecular biological samples was achieved.The image loading time of image reading remotely at home was reduced from 2 minutes in the traditional way to 10 seconds.The hospital’s self-built cloud video system realized fixed conference access for multiple terminals and operating systems.Conclusion With the help of information technology,the process reengineering of the department under public health emergency was realized,which ensured the quality and safety of sample delivery,improved the efficiency of image diagnosis,enhanced the remote collaborative communication across hospitals and regions,and won precious time for patient diagnosis while reducing people gathering and avoiding cross infections.
