摘要
2007年人事部、卫生部制定了《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》和《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》实施细则,为公务员录用体检的具体执行做出了详尽规定,保障了体检工作的规范进行。但在实施过程中,由于各地体检机构具体条件差异,或相关规定条文的不尽明晰之处,导致体检结果解释和判定的疑义甚或产生歧义。故此,将我中心历年公务员录用体检中遇到的若干问题进行归纳,对公务员体检录用标准中存疑或不明确的细则、条文进行探讨。
In 2007,the former Ministry of Human Resources and the Ministry of Health formulated the General standard for physical examination of public servant recruitment(Trial)and the detailed rules,making detailed rules for the specific implementation of the physical examination of civil servant recruitment and ensuring the physical examination is standardized.However,in the process of implementation,due to the differences of the physical examination institutions in different regions,or the unclear terms of relevant rules,the interpretation and determination of physical examination results may be difficult or even ambiguous.Therefore,this paper summed up some problems in the physical examination of public servant recruitment in our center over the years,and probed into the ambiguous rules and terms in the General standard for physical examination of public servant recruitment(Trial).
