基于多源数据的城市公共空间活力影响因素研究——以上海市黄浦江滨水区为例 被引量:50

Influence Factors of Urban Public Space Vitality Based on Multi-source Data: A Case Study of Huangpu River Waterfront Area of Shanghai

摘要 城市公共开放空间是公共生活和社会交往的重要场所,其活力是城市空间品质的外在体现。首先,以上海黄浦江滨水区为例,通过建立基于多源数据的公共空间活力的定量测度方法,发现黄浦江滨水空间活力时空变化特征,分析各类环境影响因素对滨水公共空间活力的影响程度,继而确定主导的环境影响因素。其次,多元线性回归分析结果显示:绿地率、公共服务设施密度、文化设施密度、车行道路网密度、慢行道可达性、周边商业设施密度、周边常住人口密度以及周边景点密度等对滨水公共空间活力具有显著的影响作用。最后提出了提升城市滨水空间活力的规划设计建议。 Urban public open space is an important place for public life and social communication, and its vitality is the external embodiment of the urban space quality. Taking the Huangpu River waterfront area of Shanghai as an example, this research, by establishing a quantitative measurement method for public space vitality based on multi-source data, finds out the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of the waterfront space vitality along the Huangpu River, analyzes the impacts of various environmental factors on the vitality of waterfront public space, and determines the dominant influencing factors. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that green space rate, public service facility density, cultural facility density, vehicle road network density, slow lane accessibility, surrounding commercial facilities density, surrounding permanent residential population density and surrounding scenic spot density have significant impacts on the vitality of waterfront public space. At last, it puts forward some planning and design suggestions to improve the vitality of urban waterfront space.
