谷物胚乳淀粉合成相关酶的调控机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 淀粉是谷物胚乳中最重要的营养物质,其含量通常占胚乳干质量的80%以上。近年来,人们对淀粉合成的了解已经极大提升,但对淀粉合成调控的认知仍然有限。本文根据淀粉合成相关酶基因突变后的表型,将这些突变体进行归类,并重点阐述目前已经发现的淀粉合成相关酶基因的调控因子。本文能够增加人们对淀粉合成调控的认知,并为稻米的品质改良提供强有力的理论支撑。 Starch is the most important nutrients in cereal crops, and accounts for over 80% of the dry mass of their grain. Although the mechanism of starch synthesis is largely understood, its regulatory mechanism is still poorly studied. This review summarized and classified the mutants of starch synthesis related enzymes based on their phenotype, and concluded the regulators of these starch synthesis related genes. This results would further enrich the regulation network of starch synthesis, increase understanding of starch synthesis regulation, and provide a strong theoretical support for the improvement of rice quality.
