摘要
植物ABC1K属于非典型蛋白激酶,其成员普遍存在于原核和真核生物中。研究表明ABC1K基因家族在植物代谢和逆境响应过程中发挥重要作用。本文综述了ABC1K基因家族的发现过程、结构及其参与光合作用和抗逆的研究进展,为深入研究该基因家族在逆境中的调控作用提供参考。
The plant ABC1 K belongs to atypical protein kinases, whose members are ubiquitous in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Studies have shown that the ABC1 K gene family plays an important role in plant metabolism and response to stress. This paper reviews the discovery process, structure and research progress of ABC1 K gene family in photosynthesis and stress, so as to provide references for further studies on the regulatory role of the ABC1 K gene family in stress.
