摘要
目的探索脊髓电刺激对大鼠癫痫发作状态脑电高频振颤活动的影响。方法将16只SD大鼠随机分为脊髓电刺激组和对照组,各8例。采用致癫剂戊四唑诱导的强直—阵挛急性发作动物模型。脊髓电刺激组大鼠在致癫剂注射开始前5 min予130 Hz脊髓电刺激,刺激持续20 min。应用MATLAB的Findpeaks功能提取强直—阵挛发作期皮层脑电图中的快速涟波振颤(250~600 Hz)成分,通过评估总快速涟波出现次数对脊髓电刺激的抗癫痫作用及相关机制进行阐述。结果戊四唑诱导的棘波放电与快速涟波振颤活动同步出现,与对照组相比,脊髓电刺激使总快速涟波出现次数降低了40%,差异有统计学意义。结论高频脊髓电刺激有癫痫抑制作用,该作用与电刺激介导的快速涟波振颤相关去同步化机制有关。
Objective To explore the influence of spinal cord stimulation(SCS)on high frequency oscillation during epileptic seizure onset in rats.Methods A total of 16 rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:SCS group(n=8)and control group(n=8).The tonic-clonic seizure model was induced by pentylenetetrazol(PTZ)injection.SCS at frequency of 130 Hz was started 5 min before PTZ injection and continued for 20 min.The Findpeaks function of MATLAB was used to extract 250-600 Hz fast ripple(FR)activity based on electrocorticogram recordings,and the total number of FR activity was calculated to evaluate the effect of SCS and to explore the related mechanism.Results The FR was synchronized with PTZ induced spike activity.In comparison with the control group,the total number of FR decreased by 40%in response to SCS,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion High frequency SCS can suppress the epileptic seizures,an effect in response to electrical stimulation,which may be related with the FR involved desynchronization mechanism.
