思维导图与快速康复护理理念在结直肠癌患者阶段性健康教育中的应用

Application of mind mapping and rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in staged health education for patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨思维导图与快速康复护理理念在结直肠癌患者阶段性健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月—2108年6月160例结直肠癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各80例。对照组采取常规健康教育,研究组采取思维导图与快速康复护理理念相结合的健康教育方式。比较2组的健康教育知识掌握率和术后恢复情况。结果研究组的健康教育知识掌握率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过设计思维导图将快速康复护理理念应用到结直肠癌患者的健康教育中可获得良好效果。

Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping and rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in staged health education for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 160 patients with colorectal cancer from June 2016 to June 2108 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the research group adopted the health education mode by integrating mind mapping and rapid rehabilitation nursing concept.The acquisition rate of health education knowledge and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results Health education knowledge mastery rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing can be applied to the health education of patients with colorectal cancer by designing mind mapping,guaranteeing a better curative effect.
