高等中医药院校教师教育研究能力的现状分析与改进策略

Current situation analysis and improvement strategies of teachers’education research ability in universities of traditional Chinese medicine

教育研究对深化教育改革、提升教育质量、丰富教育理论有着重要作用。高等中医药院校教师教学研究能力直接关系着人才培养质量的高低。通过“以小见大”的研究方式,以地方院校的C中医药大学教师公开发表论文为样本,分析目前教育研究改革的聚焦点,探究教师教育研究存在的不足,并提出针对性的改进提升策略。

Education research plays an important role in deepening education reform,improving education quality and enriching education theories.The teaching and research ability of teachers in TCM colleges and universities is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation.Utilizing the research method of“seeing the big from the small”,taking the published papers of teachers of a local University of Chinese medicine as samples,this paper analyzes the focus of current education research reform,explores the shortcomings in teachers’education research,and proposes targeted improvement strategies.
