中风后尿失禁的中医康复规范研究

Study on rehabilitation standard of traditional Chinese medicine for urinary incontinence after apoplexy

尿失禁属于中风的常见并发症,给患者的生活带来了较大的困扰,影响患者的生活质量,同时,易使患者出现较严重的心理障碍,对其康复十分不利,因此,对中风后尿失禁患者实施系统的治疗十分重要。同时为加强中医康复的操作技术,不断推广中医康复技术标准化建设[1],本研究将从前期的准备工作、中医治疗方法及康复护理方面进行综述,可以有效促进患者的早日康复,使得患者和医护人员之间的交流与沟通更加流畅,促进了医患关系的良好发展,为临床提供参考。

Urinary incontinence is a common complication of apoplexy,bringing great trouble to patients’life,affecting their quality of life,easily causing them to have more serious psychological disorders,and being rather unfavorable to their recovery.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out comprehensive and systematic treatment,rehabilitation and nursing care for patients with urinary incontinence after apoplexy.At the same time,it is also important to strengthen the operation technology of Chinese medicine rehabilitation and continue to promote the standardization of Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology.The present paper reviews the preliminary preparations,TCM treatment methods and rehabilitation nursing.
