Ecological Trail Network Construction in South Korea and ItsImplication

摘要 生态步道作为连接自然游憩地和生态资源的线性开放空间,能够促进生态资源保护,引领社会健康发展,促进乡村产业融合,提升城乡生活品质。韩国国家生态步道因步程较短、距离更近,国民接受程度很高,发展至今较为成熟,对于生态文化资源的保护、居民休闲生活的丰富、健康生活的促进均起到了积极的引导作用。文中从韩国国家生态步道系统规划和实施的背景出发,阐述步道系统的要素、构成、特征、规划和管理及实施效益,以期对我国短程生态步道的发展和建设有所启发和借鉴。我国应以法律制度为保障,进行分级、分类建设,结合环境教育项目,与休闲健康相结合,与沿线村庄发展相结合,促进全民健康发展和区域经济可持续发展。 As a linear open space connecting natural recreation areas and ecological resources, ecological trails can promote the protection of ecological resources, lead the healthy development of society, promote the integrated development of rural industries, and improve the quality of life in urban and rural areas. South Korean national trails are highly accepted among people due to their short distance and relatively mature development. They play an active role in the protection of ecological and cultural resources, the enrichment of residents’ leisure life and the promotion of healthy life. The paper introduces the background that South Korea develops and implements the national trail network planning, and expounds the elements, composition,characteristics, planning and management of trail network, with the expectation to provide inspiration and reference for the development and construction of short-distance ecological trail in China. It is proposed that China should promote the classified and categorized construction of national trials in combination with environmental education projects, leisure and health industry and the village development along the trails under a sound regulation regime so as to ensure the people’s health and promote the sustainable development of regional economy.
