摘要 为研究横向沟槽微织构的制备对刀具应力和应变的影响,采用有限元仿真方法,针对横向沟槽微织构形式,进行了刀具结构强度的仿真。同时,研究了不同横向沟槽微织构参数对球头铣刀结构强度的影响规律。 In order to study the influence of the preparation of transverse groove-woven micro-texture on the stress and strain of the tool, the finite element simulation is used to simulate the structure strength of the tool according to the transverse groove-woven micro-texture. The influence of different transverse groove-woven micro-texture parameters on the structural strength of ball-end milling cutter was studied.
