组件形位测量装备研制

Development of Assembly Shape and Position Error Measuring Equipment

摘要 本文从定位夹紧原理出发,对组件形位测量装备核心定位夹紧部件以及整体结构进行了重点设计。通过试验数据对比,证明了设计方案的正确性与合理性,为组件检测装备研制提供了参考。 Based on the principle of positioning and clamping, the design of the core positioning clamping parts and overall structure for component shape and position errors measuring equipment were focused on. The correctness and rationality of the design were proved by the comparison of the test data, which provided reference for the development of the assembly testing equipment.
