摘要
在高端数控系统国产化改造过程中,为保留米克朗立卧转换机床初始功能,其卧加主轴方向设定成Y方向。本文开展华中HNC-818DMB系统主轴Y向加工试验研究。通过机床参数模型设置、后处理文件编译、四轴典型件试验,实现立卧转换机床卧加四轴联动加工,对高端数控系统国产化改造有借鉴意义。
In the process of localization of high-end numerical control system and machine tool transformation, the horizontal plus spindle direction should be set as Y direction. Through parameter model setting, post-processing file compilation and four-axis linkage machining is realized. It is of reference significance to transform the high-end NC system domestically in the field of aerospace.
