千年酒酿醇香四海古老味道直抵人心——走进即墨老酒博物馆

如果说青岛的夏天充满啤酒香,那么,冬天里的青岛人更爱老酒的浓香。以一座城市的名字来给酒命名,除了青岛,在国内并不多见。这里,不仅有驰名中外的青岛啤酒,还有一种有着几千年历史的古老黄酒——即墨老酒。古时候,人们把它作为贡品献给皇帝,或当作祭祀品供奉神灵。

It is not common in China to name an alcoholic drink after a city except Qingdao.Here,there is not only the famous Tsingtao beer,but also time honored Huangjiu,or yellow rice wine,with thousands of years of history-Jimo Old Wine.Now,when we walk into Qingdao Jimo Old Wine Museum,what we can see is not only the inheritance of thousands of years of Huangjiu cultire,hut also the persistence of the old wine makers and their unremitting love for it in the long course of history.
