党的十九届五中全会擘画了到2035年基本实现社会主义现代化、到本世纪中叶把我国建设成为富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国的蓝图,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦进入决胜关键期。领导好我们这样的大国,建设好社会主义现代化强国,首要是建设好我们这样的大党,使世界上最大的政党发展为最强的政党。这就要以党的自我革命为动力,以刀刃向内的决心和魄力、全面从严治党的政治定力,推进党的自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高,为建设社会主义现代化强国提供根本保证。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee has drawn a blueprint for basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035 and building our country into a prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful modern socialist power by the middle of this century.The Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has entered a decisive period.In order to lead a large country like China and build it into a powerful socialist country,it is essential to improve the CPC as the largest political party in the world so that it can develop into the strongest one.We need to take the Party’s self-revolution as the driving force,and promote its self-purification,self-improvement and self-innovation,with the great determination and courage of pointing fingers at ourselves and the political resolve of all-round strengthening the Party self-conduct,so as to provide a fundamental guarantee for building a modern socialist power.
