摘要
在阀门现状的基础上分析阀体强度计算与应力分析存在的问题,简述了阀体的常规壁厚计算和力学分析方法,以截止阀为例,探索不同条件下阀体有限元分析结果,并与常规方法作比较,发现有限元分析可以更直观、准确的表现出最大应力值和位置,为提高阀体的性能参数,节约材料及降低产品成本提供一个思路。
Analyze the existing problems of the valve body strength calculation and stress analysis on the basis of the valve status;briefly describe the conventional wall thickness calculation and mechanical analysis methods of the valve body;take the globe valve as an example to explore the valve body finite element analysis results under different conditions,and Compared with the conventional method,it is found that the finite element analysis can show the maximum stress value and position more intuitively and accurately,which provides an idea for improving the performance parameters of the valve body,saving materials and reducing costs.
