摘要
介绍了超长远距离传动机构在抗震Ⅰ类工况下的安全性和可靠性,通过ANSYS分析验证了超长远距离传动机构装置在异常工况、危急工况、事故工况下的使用情况,最终得出了超长远距离传动机构装置支架、传动轴、连接套、万向节、销、键、螺栓及手装支架等关键部件,其应力满足抗震Ⅰ类的要求。
The anti-seismic Class I of the ultra-long distance transmission mechanism is introduced.The application of the remote transmission mechanism under abnormal,critical and accident conditions is verified by ANSYS analysis,finally it is concluded that the key components of the remote transmission mechanism,such as bracket,transmission shaft,connecting sleeve,universal joint,Pin,key,bolt and hand-mounted bracket,bolt,etc.
