佛山市2012-2019年性病实验室室间质评结果分析

Analysis of the external quality assessment results of STDs laboratory in Foshan from 2012 to 2019

目的分析2012-2019年佛山市性病实验室室间质评结果,了解佛山市性病检测能力整体水平,评估性病实验室网络建设对性病检测能力的影响。方法所有参评实验室参加沙眼衣原体(CT)抗原检测、非梅毒螺旋体血清定性和定量试验及梅毒螺旋体血清试验4个质评项目,各实验室在规定时间内回报结果后进行数据分析,评分后将考评结果反馈给各参评实验室。结果通过广东省规范化评审的性病实验室从2012年的7家增长到2019年的34家,考核成绩优秀率从2012年的81.8%提高到2019年90.2%,二级、一级和非规范化性病实验室优秀率分别为100%、86.7%和80.7%。2012年至2019年,CT抗原检测和梅毒螺旋体血清试验总符合率分别从89.5%和96.6%上升到95.7%和99.6%,非梅毒螺旋体血清定性和定量试验阳性符合率分别从95.2%和92.7%上升到100%和98.7%。结论本市规范化性病实验室覆盖率逐年上升,室间质评成绩逐年提高,加强性病实验室网络建设对提高性病检测能力具有很大的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the results of external quality assessment of STDs laboratory in Foshan from 2012 to 2019,to investigate the overall level of STDs detection capability and evaluate the effect of STDs laboratory network construction on STDs detection capability.Methods All the participating laboratories tested 4 quality evaluation items of CT antigen detection,qualitative and quantitative test of non-treponema pallidum antibody and qualitative test of treponema pallidum antibody.The data analyzed were sent by each laboratory at given time and then the evaluation results were feedback to the laboratory.Results The number of STDs laboratory that passed the standardized review increased from 7 in 2012 to 34 in 2019 and the rate of excellent performance increased from 81.8%to 90.2%.The excellent performance rates of level-1,level-2 and non-standardized STDs laboratory were 100%,86.7%and 80.7%,respectively.During 2012-2019,the coincidence rates of CT antigen detection,qualitative and quantitative and qualitative test of treponema pallidum antibody increased from 89.5%,and 96.6%to 95.7%.The positive coincidence rate of non-treponema pallidum antibody test increased from 95.2%and 92.7%to 100%and 98.7%,respectively.Conclusion The coverage rate of standardized STDs laboratories and the score of external quality assessment in Foshan is increasing year by year.The STDs laboratory network construction plays a positive role in improving STDs detection capability.
