含腐植酸褐煤对盐碱土水溶性有机碳及玉米幼苗长势的影响

Effects of Lignite Containing Humic Acid on Water-soluble Organic Carbon in Saline-alkali Soil and Maize Seedling Growth

摘要 为探索施用含腐植酸褐煤对重度苏打盐碱土水溶性有机碳及玉米幼苗长势的影响,开展盆栽试验。结果表明,水溶性有机碳含量表现为随着含腐植酸褐煤用量增加而逐渐增加的趋势,土壤pH和电导率(EC值)表现为随着含腐植酸褐煤用量增加而逐渐降低的趋势。添加30%含腐植酸褐煤处理水溶性有机碳含量最高、土壤pH和EC值最低,分别平均为46.65 g/kg、8.86和856 μS/cm,与未添加含腐植酸褐煤处理相比,水溶性有机碳含量上升了31.6倍,土壤pH和EC值降低了17%和35.7%。添加5%含腐植酸褐煤处理重度苏打盐碱土开始长出玉米幼苗,而随着含腐植酸褐煤用量的增加,玉米幼苗株高、单株地上鲜重、单株地上干重和根长均表现为增加的趋势,但添加20%、25%和30%含腐植酸褐煤处理之间整体上幼苗长势差异不显著(P<0.05)。综上,含腐植酸褐煤施入到重度苏打盐碱土中,提高了土壤水溶性有机碳,降低了土壤盐碱性,进一步促进了玉米幼苗的生长发育。 A pot experiment was conducted to know the effects of lignite containing humic acid on water-soluble organic carbon and maize seedling growth in heavy soda saline-alkali soil.The results showed that the content of water-soluble organic carbon showed a trend of gradual increase with the increase of lignite containing humic acid content,while pH and EC showed a reverse trend.The treatment adding 30% lignite containing humic acid had the highest water-soluble organic carbon content (46.65 g/kg) and the lowest soil pH (8.86) and EC (856 μS/cm).Compared with blank,the water-soluble organic carbon content increased 31.6 times,soil pH and EC decreased by 17% and 35.7% respectively.Maize seedlings began to grow in saline-alkali soil with 5% lignite containing humic acid.With the increase of the amount of lignite containing humic acid,the plant height,ground fresh weight per plant,ground dry weight per plant and root length of maize seedlings all showed an increasing trend,but there was no significant difference in seedling growth between the treatment with 20%,25% and 30% lignite containing humic acid (P<0.05).In conclusion,the application of lignite containing humic acid into heavy soda saline-alkali soil is beneficial for improving soil water-soluble organic carbon,promoting of maize seedling growth and development,and the reducing of saline-alkali property.
